THERAPY FOR THE LIFE YOU'RE STILL WRITING

Not Yet
Written

You don't have to keep living the life you were given.

ABOUT THE WORK

YOUR STORY ISN'T FINISHED.

CHAPTER I — THE PERSON

Therapy, not a formula.

Therapy isn't about fixing what is broken. It's a place to slow down, get honest, and look more closely at the life you're living.

Our work will be grounded in existential therapy and informed by narrative therapy and other evidence-based approaches. Together, we'll explore what matters to you, what has shaped you, and what you want to write next.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Existential Therapy

We'll look at the questions underneath the problem: What do I want? What matters to me? Who am I becoming? Is the life I'm living actually mine?

Narrative Therapy

We'll examine the stories you've come to believe about yourself—and whether they still fit. Changing the story we tell about our past can change what feels possible next.

Other Approaches, When Useful

When it helps, I'll draw from other evidence-based approaches to work with things like anxiety, depression, relationships, habits, and emotional regulation.

CHAPTER II — THE WORK

You are allowed to
change the color of your ink.

Maybe the next chapter isn't about becoming a different person. Maybe it's about becoming more fully yourself.

01

Identity

Who are you when the old version of you no longer fits?

02

Meaning

What makes this life worth moving toward?

03

Change

What are you ready to carry forward—and what are you ready to leave behind?

CHAPTER III — THE BEGINNING

Your story isn't finished.

If you're considering therapy, you don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
